Strength and flexibility
Manufactured in compliance with BS EN ISO 20013-2:2008, our five-layer composite pipe is comprised of an aluminium core, bonded both inside and out with a layer of PE-Xb (cross-linked polyethylene), providing solutions that are:
- Stronger and more durable than plastic piping
- Lighter and more flexible than metal options
It also provides reduced thermal expansion compared to most plastics and retains heat due to its material makeup.

Effortlessly adjustable with no kinking or need to remove the outer layer, even by hand. Ideal for working within difficult spaces.

Easy joint confirmation
Four observation windows provide clear visual confirmation of correct pipe insertion, remaining visible even with the jaws in place. Plus there are two O-rings with an engineered leak path to allow a small medium to seep through if not pressed correctly.
Corrosion resistant
A sturdy DZR brass that prevents corrosion and stress fractures. Aluminium pipe cores block the transmission of oxygen, and the inner plastic is non-reactive to water.
Tool Compatibility
Wide press tool compatibility, with profiled sleeves and a plastic guide ensuring correct jaw alignment every time.

Exceptionally hygienic
Provides an unbroken insulation and vapour barrier between the point of supply to the point of use, providing a more hygienic delivery of water at the desired pressure.

Superior insulation properties
The pre-assembled insulation layer enhances prevention of unwanted heat losses or heat gain and prevention of condensation forming on cold and chilled water lines.
